Smartling is bringing the Global Ready Workshop series to cities across Europe and the United States.

These workshops are designed for senior localization, product, and marketing leaders who are ready to think differently about their work. Earlier this year, we hosted a round of Global Ready workshops across Europe, bringing together leaders from companies like Apple, Amazon, Spotify, Salesforce, Atlassian, HubSpot, Tesla, Expedia, PayPal, Zalando, and hundreds of others. The conversations went well beyond tactics, focusing on how localization leaders are shaping strategy, earning executive buy-in, and navigating change in 2026.

These are small-format, high-value sessions built for leaders driving the future of localization inside their organizations.

What you’ll experience

The Europe workshops on April 27–28 will be co-led by industry advisor Chris Dell (Next Chapter Advisory, formerly Booking.com) and members of the Smartling executive team. Chris brings a wealth of experience guiding localization leaders through transformation and growth. This workshop will focus on practical frameworks you can apply immediately, peer-level conversations that challenge your thinking, and an evening dinner designed to deepen connections.

Workshops run from 2:00–6:00 PM, followed by dinner starting at 6:30 PM.
